Dakota Outdoor Gundog Series (D.O.G.S.) is a hunting competition for upland hunting dogs.
In these events, birds are planted in a 10 to 15 acre field. The goal is for the dog to hunt, point, or flush, then retrieve to hand.
The competition is split into Pointers and Flushers divisions. These 2 divisions are then broken down into classes:

Singles  –  1 man and 1 dog
Doubles  –  2 men and 1 dog
Puppy  –  1 man and 1 dog

Birds that are hunted are usually chukars, others are quail and pheasants.
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 in each class. So come and join us for this great event!
